Update Your Privacy Policy 

Update your website's privacy policy to detail what information is collected, what it is used for, and how long it will be stored.

Assign a Data Protection Officer 

A Data Protection Officer must be assigned to ensure adherence to GDPR policies and procedures.

Update to Your Cookie Policy, if Applicable 

If you use cookies to track user browsing activity, update your cookie policy to follow consent procedures.

Update to All Contact Forms 

Update all contact forms on your website to allow users to opt-in to hearing more from you.

Update Existing Marketing Lists 

GDPR also applies to any data collected before and after May 25, 2018. Update your marketing lists and send an e-blast to your current email marketing lists allowing them to opt-in. 


You can utilize geo-blocking to block traffic coming from the EU.
